The Owner
Rosetta
Harrison Brinson has been in business for 23 years.
Originally from Tennessee, she came to Florida to
work for another shop. When that shop closed,
Rosetta started Rosebush Custom Embroidery at the
age of 27, with one zigzag free hand sewing machine.
That’s how it was done 23 years ago. |

Finally,
Rosetta was able to land a really large account with
one of the largest boat companies in this area.
That got Rosebush off the ground and running.
The boat company did not think that Rosetta could
do their work without a computerized machine but they
gave her a chance. The first order was 2000
pieces and she had 30 days to fill it. |
It
was all finished on the manual machine within the
30 days and they were very happy.

That was the beginning of a 15 year relationship with
the boat company and allowed Rosebush to be able to
purchase their first computerized machine. |
|
Rosebush
has always had a broad scope for the work they do,
they are a complete embroiderer and still do a large
amount of freehand sewn work. |
